Subprocessors

To deliver the Uno Sales Engine service we use a small number of third-party processors. Each one is listed below with the purpose we use them for, the categories of data they receive, and where they are located.
Where a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available we link to the public version. Customer-specific DPAs are issued on request.
Note: Some processors are listed as Pending wiring— this means our codebase supports calling them but no production traffic flows yet. They appear here for transparency. When they go live we will update this page and notify customers in advance.
Supabase, Inc.
Active- Purpose
- Managed Postgres database, authentication, and storage.
- Data accessed
- All lead data (names, emails, phones, companies, notes), authenticated user records, audit logs.
- Location
- European Union (Frankfurt region, AWS eu-central-1).

Vercel Inc.
Active- Purpose
- Application hosting, edge compute, build pipeline, request logs.
- Data accessed
- In-transit visibility on every request (URLs, headers, IP). No persistent customer data stored by Vercel itself.
- Location
- Global edge network with primary US presence.

Anthropic PBC
Pending DPA- Purpose
- Large language model inference for lead scoring and AI Coach text generation.
- Data accessed
- For each scored lead: company name, contact name, job title, industry, notes, buying signal, pain point. No emails, phones, or financial data are sent.
- Location
- United States. Anthropic's underlying compute uses AWS US-East regions.

Apollo.io
Pending wiring- Purpose
- Primary enrichment provider for company industry, size, website, location, job title, phone, and email.
- Data accessed
- Outbound: company domain + contact name. Inbound: matched contact fields.
- Location
- United States.
Hunter SAS
Pending wiring- Purpose
- Primary verification provider for email addresses.
- Data accessed
- Outbound: candidate email addresses + company domains. Inbound: verification status.
- Location
- France (European Union).
Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry)
Pending wiring- Purpose
- Error event capture and alerting. Only loaded after user grants the observability cookie consent.
- Data accessed
- Stack traces and error messages, scrubbed by an in-app PII redactor before transport. Custom event extras restricted by type to internal UUIDs and a short classification tag.
- Location
- United States (primary). EU data residency available; not yet wired.

How we keep this current
Adding a new processor to the production data path requires updating this page in the same commit that introduces the dependency. Customers receive 30 days' written notice of any material change.
